Where does the information on my competitors and my company come from?

All information comes from Google My Business listings. Our reports show you what prospects are seeing and experiencing on you and your competitor’s public Google My Business pages.

How recent and accurate is the information?

We pull information at the end of each week, so there will be a few days lag between our report and the most recent information. Also, a 10-20% variation in week-to-week review volume is normal owing to variables such as holidays, business seasonality, review collection timing and data sampling by Google.

Why is there no information in some of the data cells?

It could take up to 21 days for complete data collection when you first sign up for the service. It is possible that you may receive partial information in the first 2 or 3 reports.

Why is there a negative data point in the report?

Google periodically removes reviews for various reasons, such as duplicate reviews or reviews that do not meet their standards. If the number of reviews removed exceeds the number of new reviews in a particular week, you will see a negative number.
