Step One
We offer three levels of tracking packages: Basic, Premium, and Enterprise
Each level of package offers different capabilities in the TOTAL number of Google Places IDs that you can track and receive ReviewTempo weekly reports for!
For Instance, if you are a local plumber, with only 3-4 direct competitors in your immediate market, your needs would be best served by our “Basic” package, which offers tracking for 5 TOTAL locations: Your business + 4 of your competitors.
Contrast this with the needs of a national restaurant chain, who may want to receive weekly reports on 10, 20, or even 100 different locations. Their needs would be best served by the flexibility of our “Enterprise” package, or a custom solution developed by our team.
Have 20 different locations for your business scattered across the united states? That’s fine! We serve clients with all types of review tracking needs.
Tracked locations are not restricted to just your competitors. Mix and match them in any proportion you wish! Our reports will still provide the same important insights for each new address provided within the plan you paid for!
Step Two
While reviewing your selected ReviewTempo™ plan, you will be asked to provide basic contact information, an email address for receiving your weekly reports, and the names of your business + the locations, or competitors that you want to track.
Upon completing checkout, this information will be sent to ReviewTempo™ team, who will begin building your custom report. You will receive an email welcoming you to the platform, and provided instructions on how to Contact Support for account changes.
Step Three
ReviewTempo™ Weekly Reports include insights on the metrics that matter to your company’s online reputation: Review Volume and Frequency, Average Star Rating, and ReviewTempo™, which indicates the growth or decline of your online reviews over time. These three numbers are then combined and ranked against the same data from your choice of competitors, to see who has the best online reputation.
Insights like these can clearly help you see which locations are struggling to generate positive reviews and which have had recent increases in customer satisfaction.
